We want your project to be as successful as it can be, so not only do we encourage you to make an educated purchase, but we also utilize packing and shipping methods that help to ensure your purchase arrives in a timely manner and without any damage. You may optionally choose to purchase shipping insurance as a safeguard against damage during transit.
We utilize the United States Postal Service for all orders, with orders sent either in sturdy envelopes or as boxed shipments.
Delivery times can vary greatly depending upon the shipping method chosen. As a general rule all orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of your order. If there is to be a further delay because of a temporary out of stock situation or other reason you will be notified via email as soon as practical. You will also be notified via email when your order ships.
The number of days a shipment takes to reach you will depend upon USPS delivery times. Typically these run anywhere from 2 two 7 days in the continental US. More for International orders. Our cart provides you with an estimate during checkout, which comes directly from the USPS and does not include any handling or packing times prior to shipment.
As a very general rule, shipments to most locations in the continental US will arrive within 3-5 business days when shipped via Priority Mail. Express Mail shipments generally take bit less time.

As mentioned above, we want your project to be a success. This is why we carry only quality paper choices. We encourage you to take your time when selecting your award certificate paper to make sure it will satisfy the needs and requirements of your projects.
That said, we do understand that there are sometimes mix ups or problems. In these cases we do accept returns. Unused product in its original good condition may be returned within 14 days of receiving your ordered items. We will refund 100% of your purchase price, less shipping or apply your original purchase to a new, corrective order. If your order had earned Free Shipping we will deduct our cost of shipping the original order from the product refund amount. The customer is responsible for packing, shipping and the cost thereof for returned merchandise. All returns must include a copy of your order number and/or packing slip. In order to facilitate a smoother process you should include a Return Authorization Number with your return shipment. This may be obtained by sending a query to the Return Authorizations Dept via our Contact form.

Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for products or packages that were damaged or lost in transit if you did not choose to purchase Shipping Insurance. If you had purchased the optional Insurance and your order arrived damaged simply follow the return procedure outlined above. We will handle filing the claim and getting your replacement shipment sent to you, or if you so choose, issue you a refund as outlined above. If you fear your order was lost in transit please contact us, providing as much information as you can about the shipment, so that we may initiate tracking down your order. If the USPS confirms that it was lost or misdelivered we will of course replace the order and file the appropriate claims forms at no additional cost.
If no insurance was purchased and you experienced a problem with shipping damage or a lost shipment we would encourage you to consider doing so with your next shipment. Neither we nor you have much leverage if no insurance was attached to the shipment. We take every care to make sure your paper arrives to you in the best possibly condition and as quickly as possible, so normally additional Insurance is not a necessity. There are however special circumstances that may warrant its purchase.
