- Unlike most other web merchants, we run, manage and maintain our own servers, as opposed to renting/leasing server space from someone else who may host hundreds or thousands of other web sites. What this means to you in a nutshell is that no unknown persons have any access to any of our servers, thus no unknown persons have any access to any information about any users of AAACertificates.com. We have chosen this considerably more expensive way of doing things to make sure your information remains safe and secure.
- In conjunction with the above, AAACertificates staff maintain an uncommon vigilance in keeping our servers secure. This is accomplished by a multi-pronged approach, including but not limited to: Realtime virus and malware scanning of both web-based and local systems; 24/7 monitoring of our servers to watch performance and deal with any intrusion attempts; Weekly full scans of all sensitive systems; Monthly manual scans of all systems; Monthly intrusion detection scans to ensure effective server hardening.
- Long story short, we take the security of our systems and the security of your personal information very seriously, and are constantly improving our internal procedures, processes and controls to make sure we stay on top of any new devolpments.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
- AAACertificates may update this policy as the need arises. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your subscriber account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
